Contact Us
This project exists because of its community. Some of our most popular features — the Chiss core-name formatter, the Mandalorian clan suffix system, the Nightsister phoneme set — started as reader suggestions sent through this exact form. When a game master emails us saying "your Zabrak names sound too Human," that's actionable research data that makes the generator better for everyone.
We read every message personally. Bug reports get triaged within 24 hours. Species requests go into our research pipeline — our team cross-references canonical sources, models phonological patterns, and implements the algorithm. Business inquiries and collaboration proposals are reviewed directly. We're a small team, but we take every piece of feedback seriously because this tool was built by fans, for fans. What Happens After You Write
Every message lands in a shared inbox that the whole team monitors. General questions and feedback typically get a personal reply within 24–48 hours. Species and generator requests enter a prioritization queue — we weigh community demand, canonical source availability, and linguistic complexity before greenlighting a new addition. Some requests (like our Cathar and Rattataki name sets) shipped within a week; others (like the Yuuzhan Vong, which require an entirely novel phonological model) take longer.
If you're reporting a bug, include as much detail as you can: what species you were generating, what settings you used, and what the output looked like. Screenshots help enormously. The more specific you are, the faster Marcus can reproduce and fix the issue. And if you're reaching out about a collaboration or media inquiry, we're genuinely open to creative partnerships — this project thrives on the community around it.
